Ranch Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Sare Yaffa Ranch. We strive to ensure the quality of our livestock and services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Livestock must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The livestock must be returned alive and uninjured to the ranch location.
- If the livestock is not returned alive to the ranch location within 7 days from the date of purchase, no refund will be made
Non-Returnable Livestock
- Customized or special-order livestock
- Dead or injured livestock
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service at 9222922 or syaffaranch@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Bring or ship the livestock to Sare Yaffa Ranch location.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost of the livestock

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- If the livestock was purchased using a credit card, refunds will be made to that credit card account, if possible.
Exchanges
- No exchange for another livestock is accepted.
- Livestock purchases eligible for exchange must follow the same conditions outlined in the return policy.
